W-2 Electronic Acceptance, Withdraw Disclosure Statement

Federal regulations require that our office provide a mechanism for employees to consent to view their Form W-2 as well as removing the consent. This feature requires an employee to consent before the Form W-2 can be viewed. It also allows the employee the option to remove the consent, in which case they would then receive a printed copy of their Form W-2.
 
 
If you choose  "I Withdraw" , this removes your consent from the online Form W-2 and you will return to the Application Selection Menu.  In future tax years, you will receive a printed copy of your Form W-2 in the mail unless you re-register to access your Form W-2 online.  If you decide to view/print your Form W-2 on the Web, you must select Form W-2 from the Application Selection Menu and choose  "I Accept".
