Evince - http://projects.gnome.org/evince/ - General Public License (GPL 3.0). Evince is a free, open-source PDF reader which is a part of the Gnome desktop and supports PDF, Postscript, djvu, tiff, & dvi.

Foxit Reader - www.foxitsoftware.com - Foxit Reader is a lightweight pdf reader and is available as a no cost download for windows and linux.

Ghostscript/Ghostview - www.ghostscript.com - GPL (General Public License) Ghostscript and APL (Alladin Public License) Ghostview together are a free open-source pdf and postscript reader and run on a wide variety of operating systems: MS Windows, Apple MacOS, OS2, the wide variety of Unix and Unix-like platforms and VMS systems.

Sumatra - blog.kowalczyk.info/software/sumatrapdf/index.html - General Public License (GPL 3.0). Sumatra is a free, open-source, lightweight PDF reader for windows. Sumatra is designed for portable use.
