Moran and Lindsay E Goodner of the firm of Munck Wilson Mandala, LLP, in Dallas, Texas have been appointed pursuant to Idaho Code §67-1409 as Special Deputy Attorneys General for the purpose of representing the State of Idaho in the case of State of Idaho v. United States of America, U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho Central Division.

    b. Notification that Anthony M. Valdez of the firm of Valdez Law Office, PLLC, has been appointed pursuant to Idaho Code §67-1409 as Special Deputy Attorney General for the purpose of representing the State of Idaho, Industrial Special Indemnity Fund, in the matters of Eric Jolly and Robert W. Dodd.

    c. Notification that Paul J. Augustine of the firm of Augustine Law Offices, PLLC, has been appointed pursuant to Idaho Code §67-1409 as Special Deputy Attorney General for the purpose of representing the State of Idaho, Industrial Special Indemnity Fund, in the matter of Robert G.
