Papernik of the firm of Nossaman, LLP, in Los Angeles, California, has been appointed pursuant to Idaho Code §67-1409 as Special Deputy Attorney General for the purpose of representing the Idaho Transportation Department in legal matters concerning the negotiation of a STARS funding agreement between the Department and Centercal Properties, LLC/Meridian Town Center.

      b. Notification that Brian G.
