CONSENT AGENDA

1. Minutes
    Approval of official minutes for the meeting of the Subcommittee to the Board of Examiners on July 7, 2016.


REGULAR AGENDA

2. Department of Administration
Request for recognition of assignment pursuant to Idaho Code §67-1027 from Everett Davis d/b/a Outlaw Properties, LLC to 450 & 520 S. Meridian, LLC. (Idaho State Liquor Division is the Lessee.)


3. Military Division
    Ratification of military contract for the following projects:

    a. Contract NGBID-16-C-0017 for State of Idaho Military Division project: B910 Barracks Repair.

    b. Contract NGBID-16-C-0016 for State of Idaho Military Division project: Bldg 521 RSP Interior Remodel.


4. Department of Health and Welfare
    Request continued approval to pay medical staff (select job classifications) cash compensation for overtime and on-call hours worked. Such sums shall not exceed $40,000 for State Hospital North and $60,000 for State Hospital South for the state fiscal year 2017.


5. Ada County Clerk
    Request for approval of payment, pursuant to Idaho Code §31-2219 and Idaho Code §31-3203, for prisoners sentenced to ISCI and transported to the Ada County Jail upon a Judgment of Conviction or a Return on a Board Warrant for April 2016 through June 2016 in the amount of $4,055.44.


INFORMATIONAL AGENDA

6. Disposition of State Administrative Facility
    In accordance with Idaho Code §67-5709A, Idaho Transportation Department transferred 2.863 acres of vacant/surplus administrative facility property at 5205 South 5th Avenue in Pocatello, Idaho, to the Idaho State Board of Examiners, who in accordance with Idaho Code §67-5709A, immediately transferred the parcel to the Department of Administration for disposition as allowed by law for administrative facilities.

7. State Police
    Law enforcement overtime grants and agreements expenditures for FY2016.

8. Office of the Attorney General

a. Notification that Bonnie Dixon of Atsumi and Sakai has been appointed pursuant to Idaho Code §67-1409 as a Special Deputy Attorney General for the purpose of representing the State of Idaho, Public Retirement System of Idaho (PERSI) in pursuing litigation in Japan against Toshiba Corporation.

b. Notification that Paul J. Augustine of Augustine Law Offices, PLLC has been appointed pursuant to Idaho Code §67-1409 as Special Deputy Attorney General for the purpose of representing the State of Idaho, Industrial Special Indemnity Fund.

c. Notification that Dennis P. Wilkinson of Thompson, Smith, Woolf, Anderson, Wilkinson, & Birch, PLLC has been appointed pursuant to Idaho Code §67-1409 as Special Deputy Attorney General for the purpose of representing the State of Idaho, Idaho Transportation Department, in any appeal from a hearing officer’s decision filed pursuant to the authority of Idaho Code §18-8002A, Automatic License Suspension Program.

d. Notification that in pursuant to Idaho Code §59-512, Deputy Attorney General Clive Strong, Division Chief of the National Resources Division, has been approved to accept additional outside employment at the University of Idaho Law School in Boise in an education program conducted under the supervision of the State Board of Education.
    e. Notification that Daniel A. Miller of Ludwig, Shoufler, Miller & Johnson, LLP has been appointed pursuant to Idaho Code §67-1409 as Special Deputy Attorney General for the purpose of representing the State of Idaho, Industrial Special Indemnity Fund.
