Smith IV of the firm of Lukins & Annis, PS, has been appointed pursuant to Idaho Code §67-1409 as Special Deputy Attorney General for the purpose of providing assistance to the Idaho Department of Lands involving real property located in Valley County and Bonner County, Idaho.
