    Fund #0220 during the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2008.


    4. Military Division
    Request for approval pursuant to Idaho Code §72-928 of payment of worker's compensation claims
    for members of the Idaho National Guard, resulting while the soldier was on duty, in the amount of $2,809.87

    6. Idaho State Police
    Request approval to pay 38 hours of accrued comp time for Lieutenant Robert Storm, who was
    involved in the incident command for the Castle Rock fire in August. The total would be $1,290.48,
    and will be reimbursed by the Bureau of Homeland Security.

    a. Notification that JaNiece Price, Deputy Prosecutor with the Bannock County Prosecuting
    Attorney’s Office, has been appointed pursuant to Idaho Code §67-1409 as a special deputy
    attorney general for the purpose of representing the State of Idaho in the case of Randy C. Tea Real Property Forfeiture.
