    3. Idaho State Policea.
    a. Request blanket approval pursuant to Idaho Code §67-5302(20) to pay overtime to commissioned officers for hours worked in support of megaload inspections and escort services when such megaloads have been approved and permitted by ITD.

    b. Request blanket approval to pay overtime when services are requested by federal agencies that fit within ISP’s Mission when the federal agencies have agreed to reimburse ISP for costs.

    a. Notification that Paul J. Augustine of the firm of Augustine Law Offices, PLLC, has been appointed pursuant to Idaho Code §67-1409 as Special Deputy Attorney General for the purpose of representing the State of Idaho, Industrial Special Indemnity Fund in the matter of Luciano Ramirez.

    b. Notification that V. Rafael Stone of the firm of Foster Pepper, PLLC, in Seattle Washington, has been appointed pursuant to Idaho Code §67-1409 as Special Deputy Attorney General for the purpose of representation of PERSI in investment-related transactional matters.

    c. Notification that Paul Madden of the firm of Whiteford, Taylor & Preston, LLP, in Baltimore, Maryland, has been appointed pursuant to Idaho Code §67-1409 as Special Deputy Attorney General for the purpose of consultation, research, and advice on federal tax and regulatory issues related to plan qualification and compliance, as needed and when requested by PERSI.

    d. Notification that Thomas B. High of the firm of Benoit, Alexander, Harwood & High, LLP, has been appointed pursuant to Idaho Code §67-1409 as Special Deputy Attorney General for the purpose of representing the Honorable Mark A. Ingram, Magistrate Judge, in the case of Idaho Department of Health and Welfare v. Magistrate Div. of the Fifth Judicial District and Honorable Mark A. Ingram, Magistrate Judge.

    e. Notification that Anthony M. Valdez of the firm of Valdez Law Office, PLLC, has been appointed pursuant to Idaho Code §67-1409 as Special Deputy Attorney General for the purpose of representing the State of Idaho, Industrial Special Indemnity Fund in the matter of Jaime Bravo.
