3. Department of Environmental Quality
a) Request in accordance with Senate Bill 1187, that $428,874.00 be transferred from the Air Quality Permitting Fund #0186 to the Department of Environmental Quality Fund #0225 during the third quarter of Fiscal Year 2018.
b) Request in accordance with Senate Bill 1187, that $4,640,432.00 be transferred from the General Fund to the Department of Environmental Quality Fund #0225 during the third quarter of Fiscal Year 2018.
c) Request in accordance with Senate Bill 1187, that $508,749.00 be transferred from the Public Water System Supervision Fund #0191 to the Department of Environmental Quality Fund #0225 during the third quarter of Fiscal Year 2018.
d) Request in accordance with Senate Bill 1187, that $310,025.00 be transferred from the Water Pollution Control Fund #0200 to the Department of Environmental Quality Fund #0225 during the third quarter of Fiscal Year 2018.
4. Department of Health and Welfare
a) Request that $172,899,500 be transferred from the General Fund to the Cooperative Welfare Fund #0220 during the 3rd Quarter of Fiscal Year 2018 in accordance with appropriations passed.

5. Office of the Attorney General
a) Notification that Paul J. Augustine of the firm of Augustine Law Offices, PLLC, has been appointed pursuant to Idaho Code §67-1409 as a Special Deputy Attorney General for the purpose of representing the State of Idaho, Industrial Special Indemnity Fund in the matter of Ben Solom, IC Case #2015-005542.
b) Notification that Daniel A Miller of the firm of Ludwig, Shoufler, Miller & Johnson, LLP, has been appointed pursuant to Idaho Code §67-1409 as a Special Deputy Attorney General for the purpose of representing the State of Idaho, Industrial Special Indemnity Fund in the matter of Guadalupe Lopez, IC #15-005194.
c) Notification that Dennis P Wilkinson of the firm of Thompson, Smith, Woolf, Anderson, Wilkinson & Birch, PLLC, has been appointed pursuant to Idaho Code §67-1409 as a Special Deputy Attorney General for the purpose of representing the State of Idaho, Idaho Transportation Department in any appeal from a hearing officer’s decision filed pursuant to the authority of Idaho Code §18-8002A, Automatic License Suspension Program. Appointment effective January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018.
d) Notification that Timothy J Stover of the firm of Worst, Fitzgerals, & Stover, PLLC, has been appointed pursuant to Idaho Code §67-1409 as a Special Deputy Attorney General for the purpose of representing the State of Idaho, Idaho Transportation Department in any appeal from a hearing officer’s decision filed pursuant to the authority of Idaho Code §18-8002A, Automatic License Suspension Program. Appointment effective January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018.
e) Notification that Susan K. Servick, Attorney at Law, has been appointed pursuant to Idaho Code §67-1409 as a Special Deputy Attorney General for the purpose of representing the State of Idaho, Idaho Transportation Department in any appeal from a hearing officer’s decision filed pursuant to the authority of Idaho Code §18-8002A, Automatic License Suspension Program. Appointment effective January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018.
