    3. Department of Health and Welfare – Recommend approval
    a. Request that $132,605,700 be transferred from the General Fund to the Cooperative Welfare Fund #0220 during the fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2014.

    b. Request that $64,450 be transferred from the Drug Court, Mental Health & Family Court Services Fund #0340 to the Cooperative Welfare Fund #0220 during the fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2014.

    4. Ada County Sheriff’s Office – Recommend approval
    Request for approval pursuant to Idaho Code §31-2219, and Idaho Code §31-3203, for prisoners sentenced to ISCI and transported to the Ada County Jail upon a Judgment of Conviction or a Return on a Board Warrant for January 2014 through March 2014 in the amount of $3,087.28.

    Notification that Eric J. Belfi and Thomas G. Hoffman of the firm of Labaton Sucharow, LLP, have been appointed pursuant to Idaho Code §67-1409 as Special Deputy Attorneys General for the purpose of representing the State of Idaho, Public Employee Retirement System of Idaho (PERSI) in litigation against British Petroleum involving losses suffered on the London Stock Exchange following the Deepwater Horizon disaster.
