    b. Notification that M. Jay Meyers of the firm of Meyers Law Office, PLLC, has been appointed pursuant to Idaho Code §67-1409 as Special Deputy Attorney General for the purpose of representing the State of Idaho, Industrial Special Indemnity Fund, in the matter of Keith Godfrey.

    c. Notification that Robert L. Shaver, Esq. of the firm of Dykas & Shaver, LLP, has been appointed pursuant to Idaho Code §67-1409 as Special Deputy Attorney General for the purpose of representing the Idaho State Department of Agriculture in all legal matters relating to the trademark renewal for ISDA’s Idaho Preferred Program.
