In order to update and improve our internal business practices we have decided to change how we officially notify you of approval decisions of the Board of Examiners on requests submitted by your department. In the future, instead of preparing a letter notifying you of the Board’s approval we will return to you a copy of your request with the approval thereon containing the Board member’s signatures, date of approval and the initials of Phyllis Richards.
