Request for authorization to pay 82 hours compensatory time for Timothy Baerlocher, physical plant employee supervisor for a total of $1,515.36.
3. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR
Request for authorization to use $25,000 of Penalty & Interest, Account Number 0302, as state matching funds for the Idaho Rural Development Council, federal grant.
4. STATE HISTORICAL SOCIETY
Request for authorization to reimburse moving expenses in the amount of $1,000 to Mr. Steven Walker for the position of State Archivist.
5. OFFICE OF ATTORNEY GENERAL
Notification that Mr. Rex Blackburn of the firm of Evans Keane has been appointed to represent the State of Idaho in Selkirk Seed Company v. State Insurance Fund, pursuant to Idaho Code 67-1409.
6. STATE INSURANCE FUND
Estimate of Petroleum Storage Tank Fund expenses to be paid by sight drafts for the month of July, 1997.
