Weekend Implementation / Scheduled Maintenance

Customer (excluding ITD) Must schedule support for on-call or on-site prior to weekends and holidays. Contact the SCO Help Desk at 334-4808 to schedule support.

NOTE: SATURDAYS - Recycle SCO REGIONS and CICS backups are done between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM. (unless noted). This affects all SCO PROD1 LPAR mainframe users (excludes ITD) Regions will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes after start time.

MONDAY - Recycle ITD CICSP at 3:00 AM. This affects all ITD PROD2 LPAR mainframe users. ITD CICS Regions will be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes after start time

05/10/08 – Saturday
Operator scheduled for ITD only.
SCO Biannual Network Maintenance All SCO internal network access and SCO Web Applications (IPOPS, ITIME, On-Line Reporting, etc...) will be affected from 8:00 A.M to 10:00 A.M. Access to servers will be intermittent during this time period.

05/11/08 - Sunday
Operator scheduled for ITD only.
