The CSC LAN Services Bureau is responsible for developing and supporting the local area network at SCO. See Billing Rates for rates on services. This support includes:

-Personal work station (PC) set up
-Local network connectivity
-Local network security
-Network file maintenance and backups
-PC software support and maintenance
-Software assistance
-Local Area Network standards and procedures.

Network Standards and Procedures
LAN support is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All LAN support must be initiated by contacting the Computer Service Center Help Desk at 332-8746.
