The governor, secretary of state, attorney general, state controller and superintendent of public instruction embody the Idaho State Board Of Land Commissioners as enacted in Section Seven of Article IX of the Constitution of the state of Idaho. The board shall have the direction, control and disposition of the public lands of the state and exercise these constitutional functions through the Department of Lands (I.C. 58-101 to 58-104).
