SUBJECT: ONLINE FORM W-2S AVAILABLE ON THE SCO WEB PAGE FOR ALL STATE OF IDAHO EMPLOYEES

Beginning January 13, 2006, your Online Form W-2s for tax year 2005 will be available to view and/or print from the State Controller’s
Office Web page. This means, instead of waiting for days or weeks for a Form W-2 in the mail, in minutes, you can print a copy from the
Web. This new online service also allows you to access copies of your Form W-2s from as far back as the 2002 tax year.

This year
, if you register to view/print your 2005 Online Form W-2 from our Web page, you will have the advantage of obtaining a copy of
your Form W-2 one-week before your paper copy is mailed.
Note: This year all employees will receive a paper copy, whether they
have chosen to view/print online or not.
In tax years to come, if you have chosen to have online access to your Form W-2, you will
not receive a paper copy by mail.

To print a copy of your 2005 Online Form W-2, logon to the applications selection menu at
https://www.sco.idaho.gov/defaultweb.nsf/mainframeset.htm using the user name and password you use to access I-TIME or electronic
Pay Stubs. Once logged on, click Online “Form W-2,” and read the ‘Terms of Use’.
