State of Idaho employees (those receiving a W-2 from the State Controller's Office) will be able to take advantage of paperless tax preparation by downloading their W-2 information into TurboTax, TurboTax for the Web or CCH's CompleteTax.
The link to the W-2 Download information page can be found on the State Controller's Website at www.sco.idaho.gov. Once you access the website, click on Payroll, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Electronic W-2 Download. This will take you to the W-2 Download information page. From here you can choose the link to the product you wish to use. The link will take you to the vendor's website. If you have any problems or questions once you are at the vendor's website, please contact the vendor.
When the paper W-2s are ready to be mailed, you will be notified with a separate email.
