The State Controller's Office is announcing a major change in our office staff. After nine great years of service to the SCO, Patrick Hodges has transferred to the Department of Lands. Though we are deeply saddened to see Patrick leave our office, we are excited for him personally to have this opportunity and that he is staying in state government. His professional service, work ethic, and leadership he has provided to you and our office is second to none.
Our office will not be filling Patrick’s position at this time. All of his assignments have been divided up and given to other staff members within the SCO. Beginning immediately, Greg Schenk will take on the role as IBIS program manager. Greg’s experience and background in the IBIS system makes him an excellent choice to lead this effort. Many of you have previously worked with Greg on IBIS reports and he will continue to provide a high level of customer service.
This is an exciting opportunity to continue the progression and future of IBIS. Our vision is to continue with the great work and direction that Patrick had started with IBIS. We see great potential with IBIS and our office looks forward to hearing your input on the direction of IBIS.
The State Controller’s Office has also made the following significant change to the IBIS program. In order to assist with the flow of phone calls and e-mail requests, please contact either the DSA or DSP help desk with any of your IBIS questions that you may have. This includes any special reports you desire to have built. This will assist our staff and in return it will allow us to quickly turnaround your requests. If you have any questions or comments please contact the DSA or DSP help desk by e-mail or by phone. (dsahelpline@sco.idaho.gov 332-8827 or dsphelp@sco.idaho.gov 334-2394)
If you have questions regarding IBIS licenses please contact Greg Schenk at gschenk@sco.idaho.gov or at 334-3100.
Once again, please join us in congratulating Greg on his new assignment along with our best regards to Patrick in his new appointment.
