The State Controller's Office has added new information to Employee Direct Deposit Pay Stub and the Online Pay Stub.
Note: Due to space limitations, the pay stub (paper copy) for warrants was not updated.
1. SCO added more detailed direct deposit information to the Online Pay Stub only. (The Paper Copy Direct Deposit Pay Stub was not updated due to space limitations.)
Due to the multiple direct deposit options that are now available to state employees, more information was requested so employees could see where their net pay was being distributed. Just below the Net Pay section of the online pay stub there is a new section titled 'Direct Deposit Information'. It will list the bank name, account type (C for checking and S for savings) and the dollar amount of each separate direct deposit transaction.

2. SCO has also added a new message about the employee's use of Medical Appointment Leave (MDA). Both pay stubs will show how many hours the employee has taken statewide during the current calendar year. The new message will read as: STATEWIDE YEAR TO DATE MDA TAKEN = X.X
