New report AU443304 - Duplicate I-Time Payroll Batches Deleted is now available on-line under SYSID AUIS44D. Each agency's "Maintain User" has been given access to this report and they will be responsible for giving access to others at your agency that will need to view this report.
Each time a CPO retrieves an employee's archived time sheet and then resubmits that same time sheet (same position/batch number), the original time sheet/batch will be automatically deleted. Report AU443304 - Duplicate I-Time Payroll Batches Deleted, will be generated for your agency each time this situation occurs. With this new automated process it will no longer be necessary for the agency to e-mail DSP to have the original I-Time batch/time sheet deleted before they resubmit the corrected time sheet.
Special Note: If a CPO has submitted an employee's time sheet and that time sheet should not be processed for payroll, (i.e. position number is no longer valid, or the employee should not have submitted a time sheet), a "Payroll Remarks" action will need to be completed to have that time sheet/batch deleted.
In this situation, the Payroll Remarks action is only necessary if an employee's time sheet has been archived for the current payroll, and time sheet should be deleted not corrected.
A Payroll Remarks action is still required to delete Separations, Other Earnings and Employee Adjustments that have been submitted and should not be processed thru payroll.
