Our two offices appreciate your patience and support in working through the Open Enrollment phase and the transition to the new enrollment application. Yes, there were a few bumps in the process, but in general it was a successful implementation.
Currently, there are two modifications being developed in relation to the Medical and Dental Enrollment application. First, a web view is in the process of being developed for agencies. This will allow agency staff to view and track the dates and plans employees coded on the Medical and Dental Enrollment application. Second, the process for the Office of Group Insurance to handle the medical and dental adjustments is being finalized. Both of these modifications have been programmed and are being tested. As the testing phase begins to finalize, the implementation dates will be announced.
