Currently all payroll reports created from both pre-processing and
final payrolls are combined under one (1) SYSID -AUIS44. In an
effort to help agencies identify reports created in pre-processing
payroll separate from reports created in final payroll, we have
created a new Online reporting SYSID - AUIS44BP. This new SYSID
will include only the reports created from the pre-processing
payroll.
With this change, only the agency Maintain User(s) has been
assigned all reports within the new SYSID. Therefore, it is
necessary for the agency Maintain User to assign all additional
users needing access to these reports. These updates must be
made prior Thursday, July 31, 2008 to ensure these employees
are able to view the pre-processing reports for payroll #08016
(paid August 8, 2008).
Beginning July 31, 2008 all payroll reports will be viewed via on-line reporting using the following SYSIDs:
- AUIS44BP - Bi-weekly Pre-Processing Payroll Reports
- AUIS44 - Bi-weekly Final Payroll Reports
NOTE: All payroll reports created prior to July 30, 2008, will remain under SYSID AUIS44 for the normal retention period.
