Notice of Deduction Code Number Changes to Post Tax Health and Dental Insurance Deductions

Due to programming changes the State Controller's Office is working on, it was necessary to change the deduction code numbers of the post tax health and dental deductions.

The deduction codes were automatically updated by the State Controller's Office, so there is no need for the agency to make any changes. Only the deduction codes changed, there were no changes to the insurance plans.

The changes are outlined below.

Blue Cross Dental Post-Tax Deduction #815 changed to deduction code #180

Blue Cross Traditional Coverage Post-Tax Deduction #818 changed to deduction code #185

Blue Cross High Deductible Coverage Post-Tax Deduction #819 changed to deduction code #186

Blue Cross PPO Post-Tax Deduction #820 changed to deduction code #187
