The following reports have been added to On-line Reporting and effective 8/30/05 the hard-copy report will no longer be mailed to agencies:

SSN and Name Change Report AU443140
Supplemental Life Premium Rate Change Report AU443165

Both of these reports are available under SYS ID: AUIS44N, and each agency's "Maintain User" has been set up with access to these reports.
