Subject:Release of Internet Explorer version 7.0

For the past few months our office has been testing the I-Time and IPOPS applications using the new release of Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 (IE 7) and has found no issues with the new version working with our existing applications. This is notification that we will now support IE 7 for our web I-Time and IPOPS applications. All programming on our applications will be done using this new browser version. If you are using an older version of IE you may experience issues, although at this time we have found no issues using either browser version. With the new release of IE 7, agencies may experience issues with loading the new version to older machines not having XP windows installed.

Our office would be interested in a quick survey regarding the utilization of Web browsers in your agency. At your convenience, please answer the following questions and send your response to dspsecurity@sco.idaho.gov:
    What browsers (percentage of PC’s) are currently being used at your agency?



    When do you expect your agency to move to IE 7?
