Over the last several months the Division of Statewide Payroll has been developing a Retention Schedule for Payroll/Personnel records. Our immediate goal has been to review all reports available in Online Reporting and remove unnecessary reports. DSP along with DFM have initially reviewed all month end reports (SYSID=AUIS44M). Eventually all SYSID's (payroll, FYE etc.) will be reviewed. During this process it was discovered that many reports created at month-end contain information available through IBIS. In addition, it was also discovered that there were several month-end reports not being used or the report contained the same information found on another report.
As a result of this review, only the following month end reports will be available online each month end; all other month end reports have been deleted from online reporting. In addition, we will be retaining only three (3) months of reports online.
