| Sent Date: | 11/19/2007 |
We have recently made a Security Mailer procedure change.
The Security Mailers sent via interoffice mail or picked up by agency personnel are no longer bundled in a separate envelope with your agency's payroll/personnel label on the outside.
The Security Mailers may be specifically identified by the words 'Secure Information Enclosed' printed above the employee's name and address information. If more than one mailer is to be sent out, they will be bundled separately with a rubber band.
However, all output from the SCO will be combined when distributed. (ie. other reports, warrants, stubs, etc.)
Please inform those responsible for your agency's mail pickup and delivery of this change.
Questions regarding this change should be sent to DSP Security at dspsecurity@sco.idaho.gov
