The following calendar year end reports are now available online under System ID: AUIS44C
Active Employees with Zero YTD Gross (A-447101) should be reviewed and the employees terminated if they are no longer active at your agency. If eligible, the employee’s leave balances will be automatically paid off if the termination is processed through payroll. If no action is taken they will continue to be reported and counted on many reports that you receive from the Division of Statewide Payroll. (Example: Leave Balance Report, some Month-end reports).
If your agency has processed casual labor you may have access to report Active Casual Employees with Zero YTD Gross (B-447101). Employees on this report are casual labor employees that have not been paid by your agency during calendar year 2007. These employees will be automatically terminated and purged to the term file during our Calendar year end process. No action is needed from your agency on the listed Casual employees; this report is for your information only.
The Maintain User(s) for online payroll reports for your agency was given the ability to assign these reports to their employees. If you have not received access to these reports and it is needed, please contact them.
