The IRS has issued the 2006 W-4.
You will need to access the link to this form to print copies for your employees to complete.

Just a reminder, due to new IRS regulations, employers no longer have to send in W-4s for employees claiming exempt or more than 10 allowances, unless the IRS specifically requests them. This means that agencies no longer need to send a copy of these W-4s to DSP, please keep the W-4 in the employee’s file. If the IRS requests a copy of an employee’s W-4, DSP will contact the agency to send in the requested copy. This does not remove the responsibility of the agency to change an employee’s withholding status if the employee claiming exempt fails to file a new W-4 for 2006.
