Reconciliation for Premium Holiday Payments

Purpose: This payroll report lists, by agency, the employees and current Life Insurance Premium amounts normally paid by the agency on the employees' behalf. This is an informational report used by the Office of Group Insurance when there is a premium holiday. For reporting purposes, the employees must be eligible for Life Insurance, be active and receive pay for the specific payroll.
          This report is available to all Maintain Users under SYS ID AUIS44 for biweekly agencies, and AUIS44J for Judicial. Your Maintain User may allow access to this report to essential personnel within your agency.

IPOPS Enhancement:

Employer Deduction Action

Beginning Tuesday August 1, 2006, you will be able to enter an effective date other than a pay period begin date on all ‘Employer Deduction’ IPOPS actions.

Note: There is an edit that will not allow the effective date to be prior to the current pay period or prior to the employee’s latest hire date.
