8-Month Temporary Employees Update A-444985

Purpose: During payroll processing, the system will check the 8 month temporary employee's anniversary date to see if the month and day fall within the current pay period that is being processed. If so, only the year on the 8 month date is updated to the current year and the 8-month temp CSS hours are reset to zero. This report shows the updated balances and CSS hours for 8-month temp employees that have reached their 8-month temp anniversary date within the last payroll processed.
Note: 8 Month Temporary = Appointment Code Combo of 'NRM'.
