ACA Payroll Actions Report A-444991

​Purpose:   This report will be published each payroll in SYS ID AUIS44.

This report lists all initial look-back periods for employees, which provides agencies with information on when an employee has reached the end of their initial measurement period and stability period or if any changes are required.

​Employee was determined to be a new employee. If the employee was paid any ACA hours on the current payroll, new initial measurement and standard dates are added to their record. The initial and standard full-time indicators are set to 'N'.

INITIAL MEASUREMENT END DATE REACHED - NO CHG TO EMP TIER NEEDED

​Employee has reached the end of their initial measurement period. It has been determined that the employee does not need to change their tier level, based on the measurement period.

INIT MEASUREMT END DT REACHED - NO CHG TO TERMED EMP NEEDED

Employee has reached the end of their initial measurement period but is no longer active at that agency.

INITIAL MEASUREMENT END DATE REACHED - CHANGE EMP TO TIER 1

​Employee has reached the end of their initial measurement period. It has been determined based on the measurement period that the employee needs to be Tier 1 for their initial stability period.

- Complete Employer Deductions form to update employee to Tier 1

INITIAL MEASUREMENT END DATE REACHED - CHANGE EMP TIER TO 1 AND ELIGIBLE

​Employee has reached the end of their initial measurement period. It has been determined based on the measurement period that the employee needs to be eligible and Tier 1 for the initial stability period.

Employee has been paid ACA hours in both pay group 01 and pay group 20. Payroll is unable to check for a break in service in this situation because pay period end dates are different between the two pay groups. DSP will need to determine if there was a break in service and update initiatl dates and indicators if necessary
