Purpose: Tracks all employees average initial and/or standard measurement period hours, based on the last pay period processed.

Shows individual employees by agency, their average hours over the applicable measurement period. Also includes ACA full-time indicators for initial and stability dates.

Note:  Standard Measurement pay period hours will remain zero until the pay date that includes the beginning measurement date is completed.

 ACA Stability Full Time Indicators

Initial Indicator and Measurement Begin Date:

N with a date– Employee is being measured for the 'Initial Measurement Period'

N with no date– Employee was measured for the 'Initial Measurement Period' as less than full-time. Employee has moved to the 'Initial Stability Period'

Y with no date– Employee was measured for the 'Initial Measurement Period' as full-time. Employee has moved to the 'Initial Stability Period'

​Standard Indicator:

N – Employee has not been employed for a full 'Standard Measurement Period' or was measured for the 'Standard Measurement Period' and measured less than full-time.

Y – Employee was measured for the 'Standard Measurement Period' and measured full-time. Employee is now in the 'Standard Stability Period'
