Active Employee Indicator List

Purpose: The Employee Indicator List displays information that is shown on each active employee's I-Time profile. 

​​The report will list the following:

  • Employee name
  • Pay Location
  • PCN (Position Control Number)
  • RHH indicator
  • OVT indicator
  • Shift indicator
  • Default Timesheet
  • TEA Entered
  • Report Access
  • Marked for No Time
  • Exempt Leave Request

Note: This report can also be used to find agency employees that have their time entered by a TEA and to verify if this current setting is correct. 

If 'TEA Entered = Y' on this report, agencies must have a signed paper time sheet on file for all pay periods in which time was entered on the employee's behalf.
