Archival Retention Request - DEQ

Purpose:  This is a special process specifically for the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) to print, or print to PDF, time sheets for the entire agency.  This option is only available for Central Payroll Officers (CPOs). 

Using View/Print Reports, Archival/Retention Request, a CPO can retrieve all archived time sheets for a selected pay period within the current archive or all archived time sheets from a previous calendar year end archive.

Note:  In the Select Archive drop down, only the time sheets from CY2015 July-Dec, to the current Pay Period will be available.

 

Once the Archival/Retention Request is selected, the screen will begin loading.  A percentage bar will appear displaying the percentage done as it loads. There are page breaks in between each time sheet.  Once all time sheets are loaded a print dialog box is displayed. After print is selected or the print dialog box is closed, the window with all of the Archived time sheets for the selected pay period remains open. There is a Print box at the top of the screen that can be selected to get the print dialog box to open again (this does not display on the printed document).  All time sheet images are displayed and can be printed or printed as a PDF version and stored in DEQ's archival system.


 

The message "No Time Sheets Found." is displayed if there are no time sheets in the current archive for the pay period selected.
