Purpose:  This action allows an agency to create permanent across-the-board rate increases with the same percentage of increase for their employees if directed to by the legislature.   

Note: This change reason is currently not active.   

• Classified employees require a performance evaluation within the previous 12 months.  The overall rating must be Achieves Performance Standards or better.
