Purpose:  This action allows agencies to make pay rate changes for employees whose salaries are set in Idaho Code.

• The employee must have an annual rate of pay
• The employee must have appointment code NEL, NGJ, NGL, NEE, NGE, NGC or NEJ.
• The rate may increase or decrease.

Note:  The Adjusted Contract Salary may be greater than the Rate/Salary.
