E-mail Notify on Disapprove

When a time sheet is disapproved there will be an e-mail sent to the user who last submitted the time sheet.  The user must have a valid e-mail address to receive this notice.
 
The e-mail will contain a link to the time sheet that needs to be corrected.  When the e-mail is received, the user should click on the link within the e-mail, log on and view the comments on the time sheet to see what needs to be corrected.
 
An e-mail is sent to the person who submitted the time sheet or whoever took action on the time sheet and their name is in the employee signature field.  The message will look similar to the one shown below:
 
 
 
If the e-mail for the employee who submitted the time sheet is invalid or contains special characters, the person who disapproves the time sheet will be sent the e-mail.
