Additional Information:
Standard, COVID-19 and Servicemember FML hours taken are totaled and a message will be displayed when the employee is within 80 hours of reaching the maximum number of hours allowed.  When standard FML and/or COVID-19 FML hours are used, the message is displayed when the employee's FML hours are 400 or greater.  If there are regular, COVID-19 and servicemember hours, the message will be displayed when the total number of hours is 960 or greater.  Hours worked (excluding holidays and leave) and MDF hours are totaled to calculate eligibility for FML.  An employee must have worked 1250 hours in the prior 12-month period to be eligible for FML.  Any MVAs processed during the prior 12-month period will be included in the total hours.  It will be necessary to verify these hours were actually worked during the prior 12-month period.

This is a statewide screen and will display information from all agencies the employee has worked during the prior 12-months, regardless of the multiple agency indicator.

An example of how the system calculates the prior 12-months is as follows:

IFM screen uses the CAL '99000' record containing the most recent Payroll Nbr Paid and it's Done-Flag will have 'DONE' in it.  Except for when Preprocessing has ran, the Payroll Nbr will be updated to the 'current open' payroll and its Done-Flag will have 'NO'.  Therefore, the following method is used to get the correct 12-month starting date to read forward from (on the Recap File) depending on the day you view the IFM screen.

Before payroll is ran:  Payroll-Nbr = 13004,  Pay-Date = 02-15-2013, Done-Flag = 'DONE' (on CAL '99000' record).
02-15-2013 minus 352 days = 03-01-2012   (uses one payperiod less than a full year so you will basically be starting from next open payroll back 12 months)

After Preprocessing is ran:  Payroll-Nbr = 13005, Pay-Date = 03-01-2013, Done-Flag = 'NO' (on '99000')
03-01-2013 minus 365 days = 03-01-2012   (uses a full year since this is the current open payroll)

After Final runs:  Payroll-Nbr = 13005, Pay-Date = 03-01-2013, Done-Flag = 'DONE' (on '99000')
03-01-2013 minus 352 days = 03-15-2012   (date to start reading from for next open payroll back 12-months)
