MW - Miscellaneous Personnel

Purpose: This change reason allows an agency to change various personnel/payroll related fields on an employee's record.

The retro-date field cannot be updated without another field being updated.

If changing FLSA code, the leave code may need to be changed. 

When changing the employment status from part-time to full-time or vice versa, the following fields may need to be updated:

  • Work type
  • FTE
  • Pay Period Hours
  • Leave Schedule

Note:  The tier level and Benefit Eligibility may need to be changed on the IPOPS Employer Deduction action.
