Mass Update - Drafts

Purpose:  Agency originators may view all forms created using 'Mass Updates' in the 'Mass Updates – Draft' view in IPOPS. Documents can also be accessed by using the 'All Documents' view. 

Note: Incomplete 'Draft' documents will be automatically deleted after 14 days.

 Processing forms through the Mass Updates View:

  • Originators can open and make any changes to documents in 'Draft' status.

Note: Documents that have been created in error, can be deleted by opening the form, and selecting DELETE.

  • Once the originator has selected SAVE or SEND, the next form in the Mass Update View will automatically open.

Note: Documents can be routed Reviewers or Approvers

When the last 'Draft' document in the view is complete, you will receive the following message: 'Last document has been updated…Returning to IPOPS View'. 

  • Documents can then be viewed/completed using the Approver/Reviewers 'All Documents' view in IPOPS,

At any point you can click CANCEL and return to the Mass Update - Drafts view.
