Purpose: This process is used to sync cost centers and activity codes between DOL and the State Controller's office. This process will automatically run every night, however it can be ran manually by selecting "Refresh Resources" from the left navigation menu.

While the Refresh Resource is updating a yellow banner indicating "Please Wait..." will be displayed in the left navigation menu. (This is the same banner used when Payroll Processing is submitted.)

The Refresh Resources option is only available for CPOs.
