Purpose: This action allows an agency to separate an employee on Federal Military Service (USERRA) who:

• Chooses to separate.
• Reaches USERRA's cumulative 5-year limit (refer to USERRA for details)

The effective date on the action should be the last date the employee enters hours.

Note:  A time sheet must be submitted when:

• The employee is Time Sheet Required = 'N', and
• The effective date is later than the current pay period begin date.
