Purpose: This action allows an agency to separate an employee who is leaving for a position with another State.

The effective date on the action should be the last date the employee enters hours.

 Note:  A time sheet must be submitted when:

• The employee is Time Sheet Required = 'N', and
• The effective date is later than the current pay period begin date.
