I-Time Service Profiles allow agencies to add users that need access to I-Time for their agency but do not have an existing I-Time profile. The reason the user may not have an existing I-Time profile is because of the type of employee they are or because they are not an employee of that specific agency.
With a service profile, the user cannot create their individual time sheet, but they will have the function of their designated I-Time user role.
Some examples of users with service profiles are;
In order to establish or delete set up a service profile, a request must be processed through the online security access request application. See Overview of Security Request Form for more information.
Once a 'Service Profile' has been set up in I-Time, an e-mail will be sent to the user with their logon information'. Security Mailers are not created for these type of users.
Once a service profile has been established, the CPO can modify the profile.
Employees with a service profile will be displayed in 'Maintenance' > 'Employee Maintenance'.
A service profile that is designated as a 'CPO' cannot be assigned to specific TELs.

When a user with a 'Service Profile' logs into I-Time, the 'Employee Time Sheets' view will be displayed.
