Purpose: This action allows an agency to separate an employee with cause assigned by the appointing authority.

The effective date on the action should be the last date the employee enters hours.

 Note:  A time sheet must be submitted when:

• The employee is Time Sheet Required = 'N', and
• The effective date is later than the current pay period begin date.
