TRM - TERMINATION INFORMATION

Purpose:  The termination file will display employee information that has been purged from the active file after the employee has been terminated from the State prior to the first day of the calendar year end last processed.

Additional Information:  The Statewide Credited State Service Hours and Agency Credited State Service Hours is rounded to the hundredth place (7.2).  If an employee's record is on the Term File and the employee is rehired in the same or a different State Organization Code, the Term File record will be deleted and the employee's active file record will include the Statewide Credited State Service Hours, Sick Leave Balance (if eligible), Original Hire Date, Agency Credited State Service Hours, and 8-Month Temporary Date, if applicable.  When an employee is rehired, their Statewide and Agency CSS balances will be rounded to the tenth place (7.1).
