Division of Administration

Manages the budget and fiscal records for the office. Provides support to the State Controller in his constitutional duties and serves as a member on various boards and commissions. All public information requests are directed here for prompt, professional fulfillment.

Division of Computer Services

Provides business and after-hours support for all web applications and integrated services provided by the State Controller. Technologies and staff are available to provide development services on a wide variety of computing platforms.

  • Bureau of Technical Operations (available Mon - Sun, 6:00 am - 7:00 pm)
  • Supports the IT infrastructure utilized by SCO staff and its customers. This includes 24/7 ServiceDesk services, datacenter management, server administration, workstation support, data management, network connectivity, cyber security.
  • Bureau of​ Service Modernization, Reporting and Transparency(available Mon - Fri, 7:00​ am - 5:00 pm)
  • Develops and enriches ServiceDesk and Reporting experiences for state agencies.​
  • Bureau of​ Applications Development (available Mon - Fri, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm)
  • Development, maintenance & support of the SCO ERP & Web applications.​
  • Project Management Office(available Mon - Fri​​, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
  • Strategic Planning and Implementation

Additional weekend services for On-Call, or On-site Overtime support are available by request.

Enterprise Business Operations

The Division of Enterprise Business Operations offers agency staff support for LUMA and all its applications.

Supports Human Capital Management(HCM)/Human Resources/Payroll, Workforce Management(WFM)/Timesheets, Finance and Budget, Procurement.

Enterprise Business Operations Support​ is available Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
 

Annual Comprehensive Financial Reporting Team

Prepares statewide financial statements and offers review services to agencies.
