Employee Profiles

When 'Employee Profiles' is selected, all employees will be displayed in the drop-down list.
 


 
 
When the employee name is selected and the 'Next' button is clicked, a screen similar to the one shown below will be displayed.
 
Application Access Information:
         Displays which applications an employee can access.   
 
Allow Access to Self-Service Forms - The boxes checked here control which self-service forms will be available for an employee to update.  Each agency will decide which forms will be available to their employees. 
 
Require Agency Approval on Self-Service Forms - The boxes checked here control which self-service forms require agency approval.  The self-service forms selected for approval will be routed to the agency originator.
 
Note:  New employee profiles will be established according to the application access settings on the agency profile.  The agency UPA can update the employee profile at any time.
 
Employee Information:
         Displays the First, Middle and Last Name and the User Name.
 
IPOPS Information:
If the employee is an IPOPS user, this area will display their role, initials, the pay locations they have access to and any signer information.
 

 
 
UPAs who are in the CPO (Central Payroll Officer) Group will have a link to the employee's I-Time Profile. 
 
This section displays the employee's PCN, employee type and the (TEL) Time Entry Location they are in.
 
 
 
 
The PCN (4 digit number under the column heading PCN), will open a read only view of the employee's I-Time profile.
 
From inside the I-Time Profile - Cancel will take you back to the employee profile.
